The same Account Manager will coordinate the strategic meetings, evaluation of current and future needs, budget development, the architectural process, site selection, legal negotiations, communications and MIS assessments, right through to the final move-in. We Do Not Represent Landlords.   Most large real estate companies represent both landlords and tenants with the largest portion of income derived from Landlord representation and property management. How is the tenant to be sure its transaction is not compromised by these firms focused on attracting more institutional business or compromised during internal marketing meetings where the same brokerage firm is representing two or more competing properties?
