Lake Michigan Financial is endeavoring to significantly expand over the next two years, not only in brokerage and Tenant Representation, but also in vertically and horizontally integrated capacities. Although we are a production based business and compensated on a commission basis, we seek those which desire to exceed expectations and trust we are training future partners, not just adding associates. The current openings are as follows:

LMF currently seeks Tenant Representatives in the disciplines of Office, Industrial and Retail. Responsibilities include cold calling for new prospects, both geographically and by industry, to target market our services. Successfull candidates will have an undergraduate degree, masters preferred, and have obtained at least 2 years of practical real estate experience or, in lieu of direct real estate experience, 4 to 5 years in a related field or business development marketing environment. 

LMF seeks 4 Investment Property Specialist, 2 of whom have a minimum of 5 years direct experience in acquisition and disposition of commercial property, and 2 at entry level with up to 2 years experience to support the senior staff.

Openings currently exist for seasoned Build-To-Suit and/or Sale Leaseback Specialist. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in Investment Property transactions and strong sales and financial skills. LMF intends to build this into a Regional or National marketing group for possible development and equity opportunities for new clients, as well as clients obtained through the Tenant Representation group. Knowledge of Argus is a plus, and strong computer skills are required

Undertaking this aggressive expansion will make openings for group leaders of teams of 6 or more with the ability to coordinate all aspects of Real Estate transactions. Success in these areas will allow LMF to pursue its Regional goal of opening offices in Milwaukee, Detroit and Indianapolis, setting the stage for a National expansion.

Entry level opportunities will exist in the Tenant Representation area for Office, Industrial and Retail. Successful candidates will be aggressive self starters with a strong college background, strong computer skills, and excellent communication and people skills.
